Generally we are searching for value-add properties, development land and income-producing assets across different locations. The main objective is to pinpoint favorable opportunities for us and our investors.

Retail and Gastronomy: We are searching for prime retail and gastronomy units and buildings situated in city centers and in locations with heavy foot traffic.

Hospitality / Residential: We are looking for entire buildings, such as hotels or multi-family buildings, for long-term lease.
