Properties that we are interested in acquiring are described below. We generally prefer off-market assets.

Acquisitions

Generally we are searching for value-add properties, development land and income-producing assets across different locations. The main objective is to pinpoint favorable opportunities for us and our investors.

  • Core markets are currently the Czech Republic and CEE region, Germany and UK. We are also considering other locations on request.
     

  • A) Value add properties:

  • Hospitality (hotels, hostels / accommodation properties. Co-Living, Student Housing)

  • B and C class office buildings for conversions

  • multi-family residential buildings

  • Production and logistic facilities 

  • Distressed assets (industrial, logistics, retail and hospitality), Sale & Lease back opportunities

  • Share and Asset deals are possible.

  • Transaction volume: 4 - 50 Mil EUR acquisition value 

  • B) Development land

  • zoned land for residential developments in good locations. Min. 50 apartments up to 300

  • zoned land for industrial, logistics, retail or energy

  • Locations: Europe

  • C) income producing assets

  • Portfolios (retail, residential, logistics, Student Housing)

  • Location: Europe

  • Retail and Gastronomy: We are searching for prime retail and gastronomy units and buildings situated in city centers and in locations with heavy foot traffic. 

  • Hospitality / Residential: We are looking for entire buildings, such as hotels or multi-family buildings, for long-term lease.
